Goin....to...the...chapel...

SOON! So exciting! Everyday we get more and more anxious! Our wedding is in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!!! Praise God! It feels like the last year and 2 months has flown by! Yesterday we got the flower girl dresses for Hailey and Aubrey, and got one pair of shoes (they were out of one of the sizes we needed) and I already picked up my dress, and today i am going back to David's Bridal to pick up me veils! And then to Nordstroms to get the other pair of shoes for the girls. Danny is working all day at Mission Hills and then tonight we will most likely be going to youth group! SO our days are getting shorter until the big day and God is blessing us more than we could explain! He is so good!

Yes We Made It Back!

We have been back since Monday! The drive back was not too bad, we were just wayyyy excited to be home! Now, with 15 days until the wedding we are at crunch time! WE only have a few small things to get done but it just keeps getting more and more exciting! We went and got our marriage license yesterday! And oh yeah, we pretty much (waiting for confirmation) got our apartment!!!! Its really cute! It is a one bed, one bath, on the second floor with an amaziong view of the whole town! We will put up pictures of it when we get back there! Yestreday we also took Cheyenne and Sequoia (the two Bull Mastiffs- both over 100 pounds) to the dog park in Laguna BEach, here are some pictures of the beasts.

MLS All Stars Vs. Celtic Football Club

A few weeks ago Danny found out there would be a good game in Denver while we were out here, so he asked on of his friends with connections to see if he could get us tickets, and he did! So last night we went to the Sierra Mist All Star game at the Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Downtown Denver!! It was sooooo much fun! Our seats were just about mid field and just above where the players sat. It was soooooo much fun!! David Beckham was there, actually he was just above us, about 30 feet, we kinda got a picture of him but you cant really tel....darn cell phone cameras but here are the pics! Oh and unfortunately the Celtics lost.....0-2.

Road Trip to Colorado

We made it!.....It was the longest drive ever! It ended up taking us 16 hours (which is very normal) Yeah thats a loooong time to be in a car with just gas and bathroom stops...we will probably try to do it in two days on our way back! But the great news is we are HERE! And sooooo glad to be here. God is good! Its always good to see family of course! And today we are going to the apartment complex we like to see if there are any available! We are quite excited! And all of our things arrived safely on the trailer that Brent and his wife Lindsay drove back here too. Here are a couple pictures from our long trip out!

Less than a month to go!

As the days get closer to our wedding day, God continues to show us His amazing grace and faithfulness in everything that is going on. Last Sunday Pastor Kevin taught on the providence of God. It is so incredibly comforting to know God has alll the plans already planned and that even the things we think are horrible are NOT!!!! They are God's plans for us and in Romans 8:28 "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose." ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD! So even if in this life we never know what good came out of a certain situation trust God. He promises us that it is good! And another thing is that God gets all the glory for everyhting that happens so that is one thing good in EVERY situation. I know it is hard in some situations to remmeber this and to act in it but that is when we pray that the Lord be our strength! He is so faithful!

We are so excited. We have only 29 days left until Danny and I become husband and wife! Its so exciting!!!

We have gotten a lot done this week which is nice, and we need to start packing, but not just a suit case, EVERYTHING! we are actually MOVING all our stuff onto a trailer on sunday!

Less than 5 weeks!!

So with less than 5 weeks until our wedding we have TONS going on as you can imagine! This week is super crazy busy, tonight I am going out with the girls from my work to a virgin margarita goodbye night at Islands (since this is my last week of work) Danny has some people to call in reguards to...yep you guessed it, wedding stuff! Tomorrow night we have the DJ coming over to my house to get everything situated, and then Wednesday it is either pre-marital counseling with Derick & Carrie or girls night out at Alex's...not too sure yet, Thursday we HAVE to start packing for the move on sunday! Friday is my last day at work and after work we are meeting with Jeff (our photographer) to talk about and pick an album. Saturday is going to be crazy mayhem fun.....finishing packing for the move, and for personal stuff for Colorado, then we leave Monday night and hopefully get there around noon on Tuesday. Its going to be a crazy couple of weeks and we can for sure use everyones prayer!

So this weekend was probably the last weekend of sanity! I had traffic schoo, for the first time on Saturday...which....yep...sucked. Danny played lot of soccer this weekend finally and we just kinda took it easy and still got a lot done. Praise God for that! We went to the gym today and on our way home, we thought we would have a photo opp. Here you go. ENJOY!

The Fourth of July and Other Things!

The 4th of July was great this year! Full of the beach (we gotta get that in as much as possible before we leave!), the sun, food, illegal fireworks, and huge fireworks! We started off the day off work to go to the beach, with all of Orange County, but it wasn't too bad, just HOT! We got there about 10:15 and stayed until arounf 1:45. Alex came down for a bit until she had work which was fun. We ate our little picnic and then headed home. We stopped at Starbucks and got some free drinks from Angela =) talked to jeff and Jenny a little then again headed home. We took a nap at Danny's and then went to my house to hang with my mom and dad. around 7:45 we went outside because we heard the start of the neighborhood fireworks show. All the little girls were soooo excited! the dad's of the street shot off all the crazy fireworks while we sat back and enjoyed. After that we went back toDanny's so watch the real fireworks, that was exciting! So that was our 4th of July!

In other news on our lives th8ings are really starting to get crazy! Last Saturday was onee of my showeers which was soooo much fun, I got to see all my friends and we got lots of fun kitchen stuff! Today we will be going down to The Garden Room with Jeff Paissano, jeff Lawler and my mom to let them check the place out, and for Danny and I to pick up the cake filling to pick which ones we want! We are so excited! Next Friday is my last day of work, which is very bitter-sweet! But on the 16th (Monday Night) we will be leaving for Colorado! We are very excited about that! We need to start packing actually! Anyways yeah so everything is going good, God is doing such awesome things! He is truly the Most amazing God!
