Planet Wisdom!

Yesterday I was invited to a Christian Youth Conference that is put on in Denver every year. About 7 of our youth went so myself and 2 others cam along as leaders. It actually started Friday night but I wasn't able to go but its ok! Anyways, unfortunately Danny couldn't get the day off work but he will be there next time! The conference is called Planet Wisdom, and was a great tool to teach the youth more about their God! I learned a lot too! They had a band by the name of Addison Road (which I have never heard of) and they did some great worship! They also had these guys called the Skit Guys and they were soooooo funny, though they were serious too! They had 2 main speakers the whole time - Mark Matlock and Sean McDowell-who actually teaches at Capo Valley Christian School in the OC!!! Anyways while I was there I came upon this table, a table full of children! Danny and I have wanted to sponsor a child and so I called him and asked what he thought- yay!!!! He said yeah of course!!! So we now have a little boy named Mathias from Tanzania that we will be caring for!!! I will put up a picture sooon!!!!
