A Yummy Dinner

Tonight we had our favorite- well at least our favorite kind of chicken- its brined for about an hour and a half in the Liquid Brine you see below, then when its ready to come off I put a dry rub on it which is a tad spicy but not when you only put a pinch! We also had Parmesan flavored Couscous mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.! And then there is Murphy..... =)
